- Above Average – Good muscle development
- 22-23 (Male) / 19-20 (Female)
- Good – Excellent muscle mass
- 23-26 (Male) / 20-22 (Female)

- Above 26 (Male) / Above 22 (Female)
- Elite – Exceptional muscle mass (rare without supplements)
